LRRC34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are CWC25, ZNHIT3, and TAF9. Each is linked with LRRC34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC34-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CWC25 grouped by LRRC34-low versus LRRC34-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC34→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
