Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC34-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Bap1-c-4, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with LRRC34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC34-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC34 results are reported.
