LRRC32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC32-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPC1L, OR2V2, and SCN10A. Each is linked with LRRC32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC32-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPC1L grouped by LRRC32-low versus LRRC32-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC32→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
