Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,422 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDXDC1, AGFG2, and AGR2. Each is linked with LRRC31 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC31-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC31 versus PDXDC1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
