LRRC31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC31-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, TRAJ12, and LPCAT2BP. Each is linked with LRRC31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC31-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by LRRC31-low versus LRRC31-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC31→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
