Q-omics provides the consensus-scored LPCAT2BP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. LPCAT2BP expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, LPCAT2BP is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, LPCAT2BP RNA expression shows 6,753 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LIHC, COAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where LPCAT2BP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
