Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,822 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, NARS1, and PBRM1_S1453. Each is linked with LRRC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3 results are reported.
