LRRC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM269, TUBGCP5, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with LRRC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM269 grouped by LRRC3-low versus LRRC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
