Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pS473, EGFR_pY1068, and HER3_pY1289. Each is linked with LRRC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3 results are reported.
