Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP4-4, ZNF804B, and POTED. Each is linked with LRRC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3 results are reported.
