LRRC3-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC3-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,114 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC3-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein folding, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with LRRC3-DT in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC3-DT-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC3-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein folding grouped by LRRC3-DT-low versus LRRC3-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC3-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC3-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
