Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,085 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence, tRNA thio-modification, and Protein polyglutamylation. Each is linked with LRRC24 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC24-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC24 results are reported.
