Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,721 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of dendrite morphogenesis. Each is linked with LRRC24 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC24-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC24 results are reported.
