LRRC23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,947 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CETN2, IFT140, and IFT46. Each is linked with LRRC23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC23-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC23 versus CETN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
