LRRC23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01669, RNA5SP349, and MIR577. Each is linked with LRRC23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC23-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01669 grouped by LRRC23-low versus LRRC23-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
