Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with LRRC23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC23-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by LRRC23-low versus LRRC23-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
