Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf87, APOL5, and TGM6. Each is linked with LRRC23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC23-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC23 results are reported.
