LRRC20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,998 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF9, EIF4EBP2, and ADK. Each is linked with LRRC20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC20-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC20 versus ARHGEF9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
