Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,073 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, Methylation, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with LRRC2-AS1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC2-AS1 results are reported.
