Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher LRRC2-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and BLCA show a favorable association.

READ, DLBC, and LGG are the cancer types where LRRC2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
