Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,540 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUNX2, COL5A2, and MXRA5. Each is linked with LRRC15 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC15-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC15 versus RUNX2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
