LRRC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,394 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2R2D, DERL2, and GTSE1. Each is linked with LRRC15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC15-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D grouped by LRRC15-low versus LRRC15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
