LRRC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR, TFRC, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with LRRC15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC15-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIGAR grouped by LRRC15-low versus LRRC15-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
