Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,261 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly. Each is linked with LRRC15 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC15-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC15 results are reported.
