LRRC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 135 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP4A, PRR32, and SPATA31A7. Each is linked with LRRC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC15-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP4A grouped by LRRC15-low versus LRRC15-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
