LRRC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,490 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, C8orf82, and PUF60. Each is linked with LRRC14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC14-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC14 versus SCRIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
