Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,387 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, ZNF7, and VPS28. Each is linked with LRRC14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC14-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC14 versus CSF3R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
