LRRC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with LRRC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC14-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by LRRC14-low versus LRRC14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
