LRRC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,335 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with LRRC14 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC14-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway grouped by LRRC14-low versus LRRC14-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
