LRRC10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD9, DEDD2, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with LRRC10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC10-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC10→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
