LRPPRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPPRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPPRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, MIR378E, and FCER1A. Each is linked with LRPPRC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPPRC-to-partner and partner-to-LRPPRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by LRPPRC-low versus LRPPRC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRPPRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRPPRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
