Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPPRC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRPPRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, MEK1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with LRPPRC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPPRC-to-partner and partner-to-LRPPRC results are reported.
