LRPPRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRPPRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 256 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPPRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF4, MAD2L1, and RNLS. Each is linked with LRPPRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPPRC-to-partner and partner-to-LRPPRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF4 grouped by LRPPRC-low versus LRPPRC-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRPPRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRPPRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
