Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,139 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle clearance, Amyloid-beta clearance by transcytosis, and Lipophagy. Each is linked with LRPAP1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRPAP1 results are reported.
