LRPAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, NXPE2P1, and SAR1B. Each is linked with LRPAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by LRPAP1-low versus LRPAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
