Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRPAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, MSH2, and MSH6. Each is linked with LRPAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRPAP1 results are reported.
