LRPAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRPAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP13, KRTAP2-4, and KRTAP10-4. Each is linked with LRPAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP13 grouped by LRPAP1-low versus LRPAP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
