LRP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K1, BIRC5, and XPNPEP1. Each is linked with LRP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP6-to-partner and partner-to-LRP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K1 grouped by LRP6-low versus LRP6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
