LRP5L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP5L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,018 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL3, LY9, and ARHGAP9. Each is linked with LRP5L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5L-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP5L versus RASAL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
