Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,426 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chiasma assembly, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure. Each is linked with LRP5L in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5L-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5L results are reported.
