LRP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,831 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FMNL1, FMNL1_S624, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with LRP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP5 versus FMNL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
