Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, ZWINT, and C4orf46. Each is linked with LRP5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC9 grouped by LRP5-low versus LRP5-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
