Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PKC-b-II_pS660, and ATM. Each is linked with LRP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5 results are reported.
