Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,244 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS38, NEK6, and GRSF1. Each is linked with LRP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP5-to-partner and partner-to-LRP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS38 grouped by LRP5-low versus LRP5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
