Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRP4-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRP4-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher LRP4-AS1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP4-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and THCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where LRP4-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
