LRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,752 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP2_S4616, LRP2_S4463, and LRP2_T4565. Each is linked with LRP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP2 versus LRP2_S4616 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
