Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,882 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPN, HPN-AS1, and BSPRY. Each is linked with LRP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP2 versus HPN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
