LRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,707 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC45, RAD51, and EMC6. Each is linked with LRP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 grouped by LRP2-low versus LRP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
