Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,911 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Regulation of RNA stability. Each is linked with LRP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRP2 results are reported.
