LRP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,106 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, NFIA, and MYEF2. Each is linked with LRP1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP1B versus UBA2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
